"Sin is a brat that nobody is willing to own,"
Thought by ME
How did "lanuages" start? The answer I've chosen is biblical. If you open a Holy Bible to Genesis 11:1-9 (chapter 11, verses 1-9) it states that (& I quote) "And the whole Earth was of one language and of one speech...". Coming from the East, the people devised a plan that they should: "...build us a city and a tower, whose top reaches the heavens: and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered...". The LORD came down to Earth to see the tower and in fear that the people would accomplish too much he confused the languages and scattered the people.
This is why the tower that they built was called The Tower of Babel. :
ba·bel
/bāb(ə)l
noun
a confused noise, typically that made by a number of voices.
ie.
"the babel of voices on the road"
synonyms: clamor, din, racket, confusion, tumult.
And this is when the first languages were created. They were created by God, just as the world was. And before I go on I have to do a quick recap on Christianity. Hebrews 11:3 reads:By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made of things that are visible. In the Holy Bible passage of Genesis 1:1-31I learn how the Heavens and the Earth were created.
Day 1: Light (Night & Day)
Day 2: Heaven (expanse in the sky)
Day 3: Water and Land (Seas and Earth), Vegitation, Plant, and Fruit Trees
Day 4: Sun, Moon, Stars
Day 5: Sea Creatures & Birds
Day 6: Beasts of the Eath, Livestock, CreepingThings, and Man (Adam) Woman (Eve)
Day 7: He rested (the Sabath) (Genesis 2:1-3)
Although God created Adam and Eve last, they were not the least of Creation. Genesis 1 verse 27 reads:
So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
And He then says to Adam and Eve on Genesis 1:28-30:
“Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food. 30 And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the heavens and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the breath of life, I have given every green plant for food..."
And Adam and Eve lived in paradise, beauty of nature surrounded them. Adam was picked to name the animals. He was created of the dirt or dust according to Genesis 2:7: then the Lord God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature. And Eve was created from one of his ribs : which is why men have one less rib than females;
(as we learn in Genesis 2:21-22). God was able to speak to them. And they were as little children, innocent and free. But sometimes a good thing doesn't last that long.
In Genesis 3, often titled "The Fall Of Man(kind) we see a mistake that left a legacy. And not a good one. How did the disease of sin enter humanity. The first sin was 'disobedience'. You see, when God created Adam and Eve he created them blaimless as he was blaimeless. But they were children, God's children. And God knowing all of the choices they could take and where it will lead them. He entrusted them that they could eat of any tree of the garden of Eden, even of the Tree of Life, but not of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. At least, not yet.
In Genesis 2:16-17 it is quoted: And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat[d] of it you shall surely die.”
It was not yet time to eat of it. But in Genesis 3, a cunning serpent with legs was used by the Enemy to ask of the Tree Of Knowledge Of Good and Evil. When Eve answered that she is not allowed to eat of it the sepent told her this : (But the serpent said to the woman) , “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
in verses 4 and 5.
What I believe may had happened is Eve was not tempted by this just out of jealousy or lust for power. I believe she thought what ever a normal child would think of a parent that treats them well and is good at doing ssomething interesting. I believe she held God as a role model and wanted to be as God because of it. But that is just what I say when I don't want to think of Eve as a "bad girl".
So Eve saw the fruit, that it was good in sight. And she ate of it and offered Adam some and he ate of it. Then at one point God called for them. Afraid both because they disobeyed and because their eyes were opened to the fact that they were naked, they hid themselves. They sewed up a garment of fig leaves and when confronted by God Adam replied in Genesis 3:10 : And he said, “I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.”
When God discoverd this meant they ate of the fruit they played the blaime game. Adam blaimed his wife for him eating the fruit. And Eve blaimed the serpent for tricking her into eating the fruit. So God cursed the serpent (and other serpents) to walk on its belly. God cursed Eve (and women) and increased their pain in child-bearing. And God cursed Adam (and men) to work for their food and to wither away.
This is when Adam named the woman Eve. And it is also when, though they disobeyed and were cursed God covered them in garments of animal skin and it is refered to symbolize God covering them with his Grace. What just happened? God was slowly losing communications wih men because they had become sinners. And the Enemy was and is using this as a way to fool people. The Enemy I refer to is the devil. A.K.A. the angel that started a rebellion against God and was thrown down to Earth because of this. The fallen angel, Lucifer.
But the Lord still had a plan and a lovefor his creation. In Genesis 3: , God is speaking to possibly the angels saying: “...Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil..." It goes on to reveal that they had the option to eat from the Tree of Life and live forever. But that couldn't happen so He kicked Adam and Eve from the garden to prevent it. But thee was a plan, like I said: when God cursed the serpent he stated : He would put emnity between the serpent's offspring and the woman's offspring. He shall crush your head and you shall bruise his heel. This, I would like to believe, is a symbolism of how little a damage the serpent at that time could do. The serpent could only get as far as biting Man's heal (because now he only slitters) but Man can give it a mortal wound. What does this mean? With Christ, (who quoted in John 1 : was with God in the beginning, was God, and was the Word of God) we can crush the head of evil (metaphorically: please don't go around trying to stomp criminals' heads).
